This course targets Years 5 and 6 pupils and focuses on positive health messages.
The children participate in a tour of the Riverside Stadium, an interactive healthy eating game, become a 'top premiership manager' in the ICT suite and an anti-smoking game show "The Price of Smoking."
The second part of the day is based at Middlesbrough Football Community Centre in Eston. The children are shown the importance of warm-ups and teamwork.
They develop their skills and finish off with the all important 'big match.'

This course targets Y3 and Y4 and concentrates on the importance of a healthy balanced diet and physical exercise.
The interactive games cover healthy topics in a fun way which encourages the children to make positive health choices.
